Area Lettings Manager - Fulham & Parsons Green
Location: Fulham & Parsons Green, South West London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Basic + Car Allowance | £90,000 OTE
 
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Area Lettings Manager to oversee our high-performing Fulham and Parsons Green offices. As part of one of South West London's most respected and successful estate agencies, you will play a key role in driving growth, delivering exceptional service, and leading top-performing lettings teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate lettings teams across multiple branches.
• Drive revenue growth and ensure business targets are consistently achieved.
• Oversee valuations, instructions, and the full lettings process to the highest standards.
• Implement strategies to increase market share and improve branch performance.
• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Provide regular performance reports and business insights to senior management.

About You

• Proven track record in lettings management, ideally overseeing multiple branches.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive team performance.
• In-depth knowledge of the South West London lettings market, particularly Fulham and Parsons Green.
• Commercially focused with a results-driven mindset.
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.
