Sales Manager – Estate Agency
Location: Sutton
Salary: £25,000 base + realistic earnings of £40,000–£50,000
What You'll Earn:
  • Base Salary: £25,000 with guaranteed income protection for your first 4 months, plus ongoing support as you settle in
  • Expected Earnings: £40,000–£50,000 through uncapped commission structure
  • Vehicle Package: Choose between £3,000 car allowance or a company vehicle
  • Working Week: 5-day schedule with Saturday rotation (2 working, 1 off)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through the sales journey while delivering expert property advice
  • Assess property values and implement marketing strategies to maximize sale prices
  • Work closely with colleagues to connect the right buyers with suitable properties
  • Cultivate professional networks with conveyancers, mortgage brokers, and industry contacts
  • Proactively seek out new business and develop your own pipeline of opportunities
  • Act as a key support to the Branch Manager in team leadership and performance management
