This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within one of the UK's leading property auction networks — a company recognised for its innovation, professionalism, and results. From National Online Auctions to real-time Livestream events, you'll be part of a fast-paced team at the forefront of the property auction sector.

The Role

As an Auction Co-ordinator, you'll be a key part of the auction process — ensuring that every client, buyer, and vendor receives an exceptional experience. You'll work closely with the auction team and head office to deliver outstanding results across residential and commercial property sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, online, and video.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, including newsletters, mailouts, and client databases.
  • Liaise with head office to promote and support online auction lots.
  • Assist the sales team with marketing, advertising, and legal pack preparation.
  • Support clients with legal pack queries and ensure full compliance.
  • Play a key role in preparing and managing Livestream auction events.
  • Handle accounts and invoicing for completed sales.
  • Represent the business at property networking events across the South West.
  • Promote the auction brand and services to drive new business and visibility.
About You
Essential:
  • Experience within the property sector (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong understanding of the legal purchase process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational ability.
  • Confident handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently.
Desirable:
  • Experience in property auctions (online or in-person).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
What's on Offer
  • Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per year (DOE).
  • A friendly, professional, and supportive team environment.
  • The opportunity to work with a market-leading auction brand.
  • Excellent career development prospects within a growing business.
  • Exposure to innovative auction formats and regional property networks.
If you're a motivated property professional with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for delivering great service, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level.
