Property Manager - Buckingham
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per year (depending on experience)

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager to join their successful Buckingham team.
The Role
As a new Property Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of rental properties. You'll be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring everyone receives a first-class service.
Alongside property management, you'll also play a key role in lettings — arranging and conducting viewings to help secure quality tenants for their landlords.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of rental properties, supporting both landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and ensure safety compliance
- Conduct regular property inspections and report to landlords
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
- Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants
- Negotiate tenancy terms and assist with move-ins
- Ensure all legal and compliance requirements (GSR, EICR, deposit protection etc.) are met
- Maintain accurate records and property files in line with company procedures
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Confident, customer-focused, and proactive in approach
- Previous property management or lettings experience preferred (not essential)
- Understanding of property legislation and compliance (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required
