A well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Finchley is seeking an ambitious Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident sales professional ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months' experience in property listings (valuations/market appraisals)
• Proven track record in residential sales and achieving targets
• Tech-savvy, with strong knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence and own car (mileage paid)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
• Manage applicant registrations, viewings, and follow-ups
• Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and buyers
• Support the Branch Manager in driving branch performance and meeting sales targets
