Part-Time Administrator – Estate Agency
Sudbury | 25 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 10am – 3pm) | £25,000 – £30,000 pro rata
A highly regarded independent estate agency in Sudbury is looking to welcome an organised and dependable Administrator to their team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a key part in maintaining systems, preparing marketing materials, and supporting the team as they guide buyers and sellers through the moving process.
Working 25 hours per week, this position offers a great opportunity for someone looking for structured part-time hours within the property industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update the office CRM system
• Prepare property marketing materials and listing particulars
• Organise compliance documentation and sales paperwork
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Assist with social media posts and online listings
What We’re Looking For
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using systems, CRMs and office software
• A professional, friendly approach when dealing with clients
• Confident supporting marketing or social media activity
• Previous administration experience
• Property industry experience desirable but not essential
