Part-Time Administrator - Estate Agency
Woodbridge, Suffolk | 25 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 10am - 3pm) | £25,000 - £28,000 pro rata
Our client, a leading independent estate agency in Woodbridge, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support their busy sales team.
This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, keeping systems up to date, and playing an important role behind the scenes in a fast-paced property environment.
You'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, supporting a busy agency as they guide their community of buyers and sellers through one of life's biggest milestones - moving home.
The Role
You will:
- Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date
- Prepare property marketing materials and particulars
- Manage compliance paperwork and key documentation
- Provide general administrative and sales support
- Assist with social media and online presence
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using systems, CRMs and office software
- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with clients
- Social media savvy
- Previous administration experience
- Previous property industry experience desirable
