Key Responsibilities - 
  • Market Share & Revenue Growth
    Drive market penetration in Surbiton, maximising branch revenue and property listings.
  • Client Relationship Management
    Develop and nurture strong, long‑standing relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Branch Profit & Target Delivery
    Achieve key financial metrics, conversion targets, and maintain an efficient sales pipeline.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    Conduct daily stand-ups, 1:1s, performance reviews, and establish action plans to motivate and progress the sales team.
  • Strategic Execution
    Implement tactical sales strategies, ensuring action plans are effective and results-driven.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven Estate Agency Experience
    Strong track‑record in property sales and customer service.
  • Target-Oriented & Tenacious
    Driven by goals, with a competitive spirit and perseverance to succeed.
  • Leadership Skills
    Experience managing teams, delivering coaching, and performance oversight.
  • Organised & Presentable
    Excellent planning, prioritisation skills, and professional presentation.
  • Local Mobility
    Owns a vehicle, valid UK driving licence, business-use insurance, and can legally work in the UK.
