Role: Sales Manager (Surbiton)

Achieve key financial metrics, conversion targets, and maintain an efficient sales pipeline. - Team Leadership & Development
Conduct daily stand-ups, 1:1s, performance reviews, and establish action plans to motivate and progress the sales team. - Strategic Execution
Implement tactical sales strategies, ensuring action plans are effective and results-driven.
- Proven Estate Agency Experience
Strong track‑record in property sales and customer service. - Target-Oriented & Tenacious
Driven by goals, with a competitive spirit and perseverance to succeed. - Leadership Skills
Experience managing teams, delivering coaching, and performance oversight. - Organised & Presentable
Excellent planning, prioritisation skills, and professional presentation. - Local Mobility
Owns a vehicle, valid UK driving licence, business-use insurance, and can legally work in the UK.
