SALES MANAGER - RICKMANSWORTH
Are you a great Senior Sales Negotiator looking for your first Manager’s role, or a proven Sales Manager looking for a new challenge then this role could be the perfect job for you.
Are you polished, articulate, and full of energy, with a proven track record in Estate Agency or Property Sales? If you’re based in Herts/Bucks/Middlesex and this sounds like you, then this SALES MANAGER role could be the perfect opportunity. My clients are a leading independent estate agency and we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join their team and steer them to even greater heights.
The role requires the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, have excellent presentation, good business-winning skills and a strong customer-focus. The role also requires the confidence and skill to build trust and rapport with all clients and customers.
THE JOB ROLE
This role is a fantastic stepping stone if you're a Senior Sales Negotiator eager to advance your career or an existing Sales Manager looking for your chance to really own your success.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Estate Agency industry, a strong history of success, and the drive to thrive in a key role with a reputable local brand. In this position, you’ll work closely with the directors to ensure the office meets its targets, drives profitability, wins new business, and maintains strong client relationships

KEY SKILLS
• Proven experience in residential property sales
• Strong track record in listing and winning instructions
• Ability to build and nurture strong business relationships
• Leadership qualities with a focus on motivating and guiding the team
• A keen drive for securing new business
• Full UK driving licence

TERMS
Initially a three month contract would be offered with a move to a permanent role after a successful probation.

HOURS Mon – Fri 09:00 to 18:00 Sat 09:00 to 16:00
• With half an hour for lunch
• Occasional later viewings and office work may be required where necessary

- A good sales person with agency experience & valuations
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- A full, clean driving license is preferred.
