Sales Client Manager - Swindon – Basic £26k - £29.7k, OTE £50k  
 
Award winning agent looking for an experienced Sales Client Manager to join their team and assist the manager in building the largest market share of any agent in Swindon.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Client Manager with a proven success in a similar role. You will be joining a highly regarded and well established agency where you will be encouraged and continually supported to realise your ambitions.   
 
Responsibilities for this Sales Client Manager role will include:

• Assisting the manager in developing the largest market share of properties on market and under offer in the area
• Ensuring all income targets are exceeded
• Producing high conversion rates of market appraisals, sole agency instructions and third part sales
• Creating high quality marketing
• Encouraging commendations and recommendations through providing excellent customer service

Skills & Experience for this Sales Client Manager role:

• Previous estate agency experience
• Be target driven, with a track record of success
• Have previous listing experience
• Capable of acting as a role model whilst adhering to company standards and exceeding income targets
• Team player with great organisational skills 
• Have a full drivers licence and access to own vehicle with business insurance
