Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of residential sales properties.
- Conduct market appraisals, viewings, and negotiations with professionalism and confidence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, and key local partners.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Contribute to the positive, high-energy culture of our Wimbledon Village office.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential property sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach.
- Thorough understanding of the South West London property market.
- Must live within a 30-minute commute of Wimbledon Village.
- Full UK driving licence (own vehicle preferred).
- Competitive basic salary of £30,000 with on-target earnings of £70,000.
