Lettings New Business Partner (Property Valuer) - Downend Lettings Hub
Basic Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Realistic OTE: Up to £45,000 per annum
Location: Downend, Bristol
Hours: 5-day working week

- Report directly to the Lettings Business Manager.
- Conduct accurate valuations and win new instructions through strong relationship building and expert advice.
- Ensure landlords are fully informed about the letting process, including fees, compliance, and financial implications.
- Follow up on all leads promptly, providing written valuation reports and market comparables.
- Deliver top-quality customer service to landlords and tenants.
- Promote additional in-house services, including mortgage and protection options, to enhance client experience.
- Maintain excellent diary and system management to maximise efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and strive to exceed individual and branch targets.
- Keep up to date with local market trends, demand, and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Advise landlords on pricing and make recommendations to ensure properties remain competitive in the current market.
- Proven experience in the property industry, with a strong track record in valuing lettings properties.
- Excellent understanding of market trends and customer behaviour.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Highly self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
