Key Responsibilities:
- Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable properties.
- Conduct property viewings professionally and confidently.
- Build lasting relationships with vendors and purchasers, providing clear and consistent communication.
- Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion.
- Generate new business through applicant management, call-outs, and local canvassing.
- Support branch targets and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Maintain accurate records on CRM systems, ensuring compliance and attention to detail.
- Assist with property marketing and presentation.
About You
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused with a genuine passion for property.
- Driven to exceed targets and deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Great communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in estate agency or sales is highly advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.
