We're excited to partner with a well-respected, independently run estate agency to find an ambitious and skilled Negotiator for their thriving Brandon branch, covering both Sales and Lettings.
 
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 basic
On-target earnings: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Match buyers and tenants to suitable homes and organise professional, engaging viewings.
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to successful completion.
• Assist with property valuations and support in winning new Sales and Lettings instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service while identifying and converting new opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 1 year's experience in Sales or Lettings (or both).
• Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to build lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
• Motivation to hit targets and develop your career further within a respected brand.

What's on Offer

• Basic Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 (DOE)
• Realistic OTE: £35,000 - £45,000
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
• Saturdays: Alternate weeks, 9:00am-1:00pm (half day)
