As part of our continued growth, we're seeking an exceptional Sales & Lettings Director to oversee and lead our two flagship branches — someone who can inspire teams, drive performance, and elevate the brand to even greater success.

The Role
As Sales & Lettings Director, you will have full responsibility for managing and developing both the Streatham and Tooting offices. You'll lead from the front — setting the standard for service, strategy, and results across both Sales and Lettings divisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating Sales and Lettings teams to exceed targets
• Managing branch operations and ensuring consistent performance across both offices
• Driving new business generation and maximising market share
• Conducting valuations and high-level client meetings with key vendors and landlords
• Implementing strategies to grow revenue and profitability
• Monitoring KPIs, budgets, and performance across both departments
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and local partnerships
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards

About You
You're an experienced and ambitious property professional with a proven track record in both Sales and Lettings. You understand how to get the best out of people, lead by example, and deliver outstanding results while maintaining the boutique quality and personal touch that sets independent agencies apart.

You will have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in estate agency, with management or director-level exposure
• Proven success leading both Sales and Lettings teams
• Strong local market knowledge of South West London (Streatham/Tooting advantageous)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• A commercial mindset with the ability to drive profitability and growth
• A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• ARLA/NAEA qualifications (preferred but not essential)
