Location: Nationwide (London/M25 preferred)
Position: Residential Surveyor (RICS/VRS)
Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance

About the Role: We are currently recruiting for experienced Residential Surveyors across the UK to join a growing property solutions provider. The role will involve conducting Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) RICS surveys, along with associated valuations and property assessments. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surveys and working efficiently to meet client needs.

As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surveys and working efficiently to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys on residential properties
- Performing some associated valuations and property assessments
- Delivering surveys with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Fee earning immediately without the need for additional home survey training
- Strong recent experience in L2 Building Pathology and Residential Valuation
- Assoc/MRICS/FRICS with VRS accreditation, ideally with 1-2 years PQE
- Capable of carrying out surveys and valuations independently, with no lender work
- Ability to deliver 2 x L2 surveys per day or 1 x L3 survey (mostly without valuation)
