Are you looking for a GUARENTEED lead source? My client has a unique role – specifically looking after a huge remortgage back book. They are looking for a talented Mortgage Broker to join their team on an employed basis and become an integral part of their journey.

Responsibilities for this Remortgage Specialist role will include:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their goals
- Stay up to date with mortgage products, interest rates and industry trends
- Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process
- Provide exceptional client care, always delivering an award winning performance
- Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards
- You must be CeMap or equivalent qualified
- 12 months experience or more in mortgage broking within the EA sector preferable
- You will need to demonstrate you are an effective communicator
- Time management to ensure the ability to spin many plates
- Adaptable to the ever evolving mortgage and property market
- Basic income of up to £32,000
- Uncapped commission structure
- C.50 leads a month
- 1 day working from home a week
- OTE of £65,000
