Regional Partnerships Manager
Location: Manchester / Leeds
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 basic
OTE: £60,000 – £70,000

The Role
As Regional Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a pivotal commercial role within the Partnerships team. Your mission is simple: grow referral volume, expand regional footprint, and reignite underperforming relationships.
You’ll spend your time in the field and on the front line — meeting agents, onboarding new partners, reactivating dormant branches, and building trusted relationships that deliver consistent results.

The Role
As Regional Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a pivotal commercial role within the Partnerships team. Your mission is simple: grow referral volume, expand regional footprint, and reignite underperforming relationships.
You’ll spend your time in the field and on the front line — meeting agents, onboarding new partners, reactivating dormant branches, and building trusted relationships that deliver consistent results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning new estate agency partners across your region through high-quality, consultative meetings.
- Re-engaging dormant or low-performing branches, diagnosing drop-off, and rebuilding referral momentum.
- Building long-term relationships with decision-makers across independent and group estate agencies.
- Running regular face-to-face meetings to present the proposition and secure partner agreements.
- Ensuring new partners are fully onboarded, trained, and referring business quickly.
- Managing a strong, well-organised pipeline and tracking all activity accurately.
- Monitoring competitor activity, local market trends, and regional performance to uncover growth opportunities.
- Working closely with Partnerships leadership, Marketing, and wider teams to align campaigns and share insight.
- Reporting weekly on new sign-ups, reactivations, and regional growth metrics.
- Representing the business at regional and national industry events and conferences.
- Championing service excellence and brand values in every partner interaction.
- Supporting quality control through call listening and feedback to maximise conversion performance.
- Strong experience in B2B partnership sales, business development, or account acquisition, ideally within property or PropTech.
- Confident running face-to-face meetings and influencing senior stakeholders.
- A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their region and pipeline.
- Commercially sharp, relationship-led, and outcome-focused.
- Highly organised with strong reporting and follow-through discipline.
- Comfortable working remotely while staying connected to a fast-moving team.
