The Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential rental properties. You’ll ensure that both landlords and tenants receive an exceptional level of service, handling all aspects of property management with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties in and around Oxford

  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors

  • Conduct routine property inspections and manage compliance requirements

  • Oversee tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and move-in/move-out processes

  • Handle deposit returns and dispute resolutions in line with current legislation

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance throughout

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in residential property management

  • Strong understanding of lettings processes and relevant legislation

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Professional, proactive, and client-focused

  • ARLA qualified (or willing to work towards qualification)

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
