Are you an organised, proactive Property Manager looking for a role where you're genuinely supported and not overloaded?
We're working with a well-established, highly regarded independent estate agency in Colchester who are looking to strengthen their Property Management team with an experienced and customer-focused professional.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 280 properties, shared with another Property Manager, ensuring landlords and tenants receive a smooth, professional service at all times.

- Previous experience in Property Management
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure with a proactive approach
- Professional, personable, and team-oriented
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Basic salary circa £35,000
