Position: Lettings Manager
Location: Tendring, Essex

As the Lettings Manger you will be responsible for:
- Building and nurturing client relationships.
- Growing market share and winning new Lettings instructions.
- Supporting the Negotiator to find suitable Tenants.
- Staying updated with changes in Industry Legislation.
- Being an Ambassador for the Company at all times.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the rental process.
- Proven track record in this role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong market knowledge and adaptability to changing market conditions.
- Client-focused attitude with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday's) and evenings where required.
- A winning mentality.
