Senior Branch Manager - Estate Agency
Location: Dartford
Basic Salary: £31,000 | OTE: £60,000 - £65,000 | Uncapped Commission
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Branch Manager to lead a successful estate agency branch in Dartford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and proactive property professional who can hit the ground running, take full ownership of a branch, and drive performance, profitability, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Generate new business and win instructions
  • Drive branch profitability, revenue, and market share
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Coach and develop team members to maximise performance
  • Ensure targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
Requirements
  • Proven experience in estate agency (Branch Manager, Valuer, or Senior Negotiator)
  • Strong track record in winning instructions and driving revenue
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
  • Full UK driving licence
