- Supporting internal teams with complex queries

- Experienced in property management at an advanced level
- Confident managing complex cases and resolving issues with professionalism
- Strong in compliance, legal practice and tenancy progression
- Highly organised, calm under pressure and solution-focused
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Able to work independently, without constant oversight
