Experienced Property Manager - Exeter (Remote Flexibility Available)
£40,000-£45,000 + Performance Bonus + Benefits
 
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Property Manager to join a market-leading estate agency in Exeter. You'll take ownership of a longstanding and well-managed portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor to landlords and maintaining a friction-free tenancy journey for all parties. Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a residential portfolio with full accountability for service delivery
  • Overseeing maintenance, compliance, tenancy renewals and deposit negotiations
  • Attending property inspections and coordinating inventory/check-out processes
  • Providing detailed tenancy support and legal guidance when required
  • Managing relationships with landlords, tenants and external contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, documentation and safety requirements
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance service, relationships and revenue
  • Supporting internal teams with complex queries
About You
You will thrive in this role if you are:
  • Experienced in property management at an advanced level
  • Confident managing complex cases and resolving issues with professionalism
  • Strong in compliance, legal practice and tenancy progression
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure and solution-focused
  • A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Able to work independently, without constant oversight
Previous qualifications (e.g., ARLA) are beneficial, but not essential—training support available
