We're looking for a confident, energetic Sales & Lettings Negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves delivering exceptional customer service.
 
What We Offer

• £25,000 basic salary
• Realistic OTE of £55,200 (uncapped)
• 5-day working week (you'll work every Saturday, with a day off during the week)

Your Role

• Conduct sales and lettings viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Build strong relationships with buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors
• Negotiate offers to achieve the best results for all parties
• Support the branch in maintaining its reputation as the market leader
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to completion

About You

• Confident, proactive, and commercially minded
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Prior experience in estate agency sales or lettings is preferred
• A full UK driving licence is required
