Senior Sales Negotiator - Weston-super-Mare
Market Leading Estate Agency
Up to £30,000 basic | £45,000-£50,000 OTE
 
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful and well-respected estate agency in Weston-super-Mare. This role is ideal for someone confident in valuations, negotiations and instruction generation, looking to join a brand with strong local presence, a high-performing sales operation and genuine progression potential.

About the Opportunity
You will be responsible for winning new listings, handling qualified buyer enquiries, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth sales progression process from start to finish. You will be client-facing, commercially focused and a key contributor to branch performance and fee income.
This role is ideal for someone motivated by results, customer outcomes and delivering an exceptional standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting viewings and delivering professional property tours
  • Handling buyer enquiries and securing quality offers
  • Supporting valuations and winning new instructions
  • Building relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Accurately presenting marketing propositions and service levels
  • Managing agreed sales through to completion where required
  • Supporting marketing and lead generation activity
  • Meeting revenue, conversion and service targets
About You
You will thrive in this role if you are:
  • Experienced in estate agency, ideally at Senior Negotiator or strong Negotiator level
  • Motivated by targets, business development and customer success
  • Professional and confident in presenting to potential vendors
  • Strong in objection handling and negotiation
  • Structured, organised and consistent in follow-up and communication
  • Service-focused, with excellent communication skills
Valuation experience is highly beneficial, though training and progression support will be offered.
