As the company's portfolio continues to grow, they are now seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their friendly and dynamic team.
The Role
The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties across Cambridge and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all aspects of tenancies are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors, maintaining strong communication and relationships.
• Overseeing tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit returns in line with current legislation.
• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation, safety regulations, and internal policies.
• Managing move-ins and move-outs, including inventories, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Maintaining accurate property records and handling associated administration through the company's management software.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a residential property management role (essential).
• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• A professional, confident, and customer-focused approach.
• ARLA Propertymark qualification (desirable but not essential).
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
