Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
Location: Cambridge City Centre
Hours: Full-time, permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all aspects of tenancies are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors, maintaining strong communication and relationships.
- Overseeing tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit returns in line with current legislation.
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation, safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Managing move-ins and move-outs, including inventories, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Maintaining accurate property records and handling associated administration through the company's management software.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a residential property management role (essential).
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- A professional, confident, and customer-focused approach.
- ARLA Propertymark qualification (desirable but not essential).
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Competitive basic salary between £28,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience.
