The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-quality rental properties across Norwich and the surrounding area. They will ensure all aspects of property management are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with current legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties
• Conducting regular property inspections and arranging maintenance works
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues promptly
• Managing tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs
• Ensuring all properties comply with current legal and safety standards
• Handling deposit returns and managing any related disputes
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring systems are kept up to date
• Delivering a first-class level of customer service consistent with the agency's premium brand

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential property management (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office
• Professional, personable, and proactive approach to work
• ARLA qualification desirable but not essential
