We're delighted to be partnering with a well-established, independently owned estate agency to recruit an experienced and motivated Negotiator for their thriving Halstead branch, working across both Sales and Lettings.
 
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 basic
On-target earnings: £35,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day

• Proactively match buyers and tenants to suitable properties and arrange high-quality viewings.
• Handle negotiations, secure offers, and manage sales or lettings through to successful completion.
• Assist with valuations and help generate new listings for both Sales and Lettings.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience while identifying new business opportunities.

 
What You'll Bring to the Team

• At least 12 months' experience in estate agency (Sales, Lettings, or both).
• Strong confidence in negotiating, managing transactions, and building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, resilience under pressure, and a positive, proactive mindset.
• A results-driven attitude and clear ambition to progress within the property industry.

 
The Package & Working Hours

• Basic salary: £24,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)
• Realistic OTE: £35,000 - £45,000
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Saturdays: Alternate weeks, 9:00am - 1:00pm (half day)
