Location: Harleston, South Norfolk

Working Hours: Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: Basic circa £25,000 per annum, with OTE of £40,000-£45,000

We are now seeking an experienced New Homes Negotiator to take the lead on a prestigious new build development in Harleston, representing a high-end housing developer delivering around 90 beautifully crafted homes.
The Role
As the on-site New Homes Negotiator, you will be the face of Durrants and the developer, managing all aspects of the sales process — from first enquiry through to completion. You'll ensure every buyer enjoys a first-class experience, while maintaining excellent communication between the developer, purchasers, and your Durrants colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all sales enquiries and viewings for the development.
- Present new homes to potential buyers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Convert enquiries into reservations and progress sales to completion.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and sales documentation.
- Build strong relationships with the developer and site management team.
- Liaise with solicitors, financial advisors, and surveyors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Keep the show home and marketing suite immaculately presented at all times.
- Proactively follow up leads and support marketing initiatives to drive traffic to site.
We are looking for a confident, motivated individual who is passionate about property and customer service.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in new homes sales or estate agency is essential.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Smart, professional appearance and an engaging manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sales simultaneously.
- A proactive and self-sufficient approach to managing a site-based role.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required.
- Basic salary: circa £25,000 - £27,000 per annum.
- On-target earnings: £40,000-£45,000.
- Hours: 10am-5pm, Wednesday to Sunday.
