Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and organised Property Manager to join their successful team.

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per year
Location: Northampton
Licence/Certification: Full UK Driving Licence (required)
  
About the Role
As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing a varied portfolio of rental properties, ensuring that both landlords and tenants receive exceptional service. In addition to managing properties, you'll also conduct lettings viewings and play a key role in matching quality tenants with suitable homes.

About the Role
As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing a varied portfolio of rental properties, ensuring that both landlords and tenants receive exceptional service. In addition to managing properties, you'll also conduct lettings viewings and play a key role in matching quality tenants with suitable homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of rental properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
 - Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and compliance requirements
 - Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed feedback to landlords
 - Liaise with contractors, tenants, and landlords to ensure prompt resolution of issues
 - Arrange and attend property viewings with prospective tenants
 - Negotiate tenancy terms and assist with the move-in process
 - Ensure full compliance with all legal and safety requirements (GSR, EICR, deposit protection, etc.)
 - Maintain accurate records and property files in line with company procedures
 - Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
 - Key Skills & Experience
 - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 - Strong organisational ability with keen attention to detail
 - Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
 - Confident, customer-focused, and proactive in approach
 - Previous experience in property management or lettings (preferred but not essential)
 - Good understanding of property compliance and legislation (desirable)
 - Full UK driving licence and own car (required)
