Property Manager – £40,000 Basic – Stoke Newington (Office-Based) Stoke Newington | Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm | £40,000 Basic

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full tenancy lifecycle – referencing, compliance, contracts, renewals
- Coordinating maintenance issues with efficiency (using Fixflo & other software)
- Acting as the go-to point for tenants, landlords, and contractors – ensuring smooth, professional communication at all times
- Maintaining compliance with all legal requirements and industry standards
- Keeping meticulous records across a diverse property portfolio
- Bringing positivity and professionalism to a collaborative team culture
- Experienced – at least 2 years in residential property management (essential)
- Smart, well-presented, and articulate – a polished communicator who builds confidence instantly
- Organised and detail-oriented – able to juggle priorities without dropping the ball
- Tech-savvy, confident using property management software
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and calm under pressure
- A team player who takes pride in doing things properly
- £40,000 basic salary
- Office-based role in Stoke Newington (no weekend work)
