Product Manager – Build, Lead, Deliver
Location: Hybrid in Derby
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000
We’re looking for a Product Manager ready to make a real impact - not just on a business, but on an entire ecosystem of products. This is your opportunity to take ownership, shape strategy, and grow a product function that drives measurable results.

The role
You’ll define and deliver the product vision and roadmap, turning business goals into action. You’ll build and mentor a talented team of Product Owners and analysts, while staying hands-on with Product Ownership yourself as the team scales. Collaboration with engineering, design, and commercial teams will be key to ensuring alignment and delivering exceptional outcomes.

What you’ll do
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across your portfolio
- Build and lead a growing product team, setting high standards for delivery
- Establish clear operational frameworks for feedback, prioritisation, and releases
- Partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ensure success
- Define and track KPIs to measure performance and identify opportunities
- Use data to validate decisions and guide product direction
- Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- A clear, actionable product strategy that every team understands
- Stakeholders and engineers aligned on goals, timelines, and delivery
- Transparent frameworks for feedback and change
- Products that delight customers, improve CSAT and NPS, and drive measurable business impact
- 5+ years in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS
- Experience leading Product Owners or similar roles
- Deep understanding of Agile and product delivery
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate tech into business value
- Excellent communication, influence, and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for solving real customer problems
