New Homes Sales Negotiator - Milton Keynes 

Up to £30,000 Basic + Exceptional Commission

Thursday to Monday | Immediate Start
 
I'm recruiting for a top-performing New Homes Sales Negotiator to join a flagship residential development of 500 apartments in Milton Keynes.
 
This is a serious opportunity for a closer. A long-term scheme spanning 5-8 years, strong footfall, and a big commission structure mean this role is built for someone hungry to earn and progress.

The Role
  • Selling apartments off-plan and on-site
  • Managing leads from enquiry to exchange

  • Delivering a premium customer experience

  • Proven new homes sales experience is essential
  • Target-driven, confident, and commercially sharp
  • Strong closer with a winning mindset
  • Available to work Thursday to Monday (Saturday & Sunday essential)
Package
  • Up to £30,000 basic salary
  • Excellent commission structure
  • Long-term, stable position on a major scheme
