Job description

A rare chance to join one of the largest new homes operations in the region and grow an already established, well-regarded business, taking the business to a new level of turnover and profit, supported by a team of highly experienced development professionals.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for growth, personal and team development and exceptional client service.
Key responsibilities
  • To generate new homes development instructions through nurturing strong business to business relationships with developer clients and housebuilders
  • Direct and motivate estate agency colleagues to ensure developer client sales targets are achieved and exceeded
  • Liaise with internal and external marketing facilities to ensure that your EA colleagues have everything needed to ensure success
  • To report to your line manager on time and as expected, helping form wider business strategy and influence results going forward
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • An experienced new homes professional or experienced estate agent with an established track record in selling new homes developments
  • Someone that is a confident presenter
  • Someone that is articulate and an exceptional communicator
  • Someone with great IT skills and familiar with Microsoft and similar packages
