New Business Administrator - Bishopston, Bristol
Basic Salary: £27,000
Realistic OTE: £28,000 (Uncapped, Pooled Commission)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-6:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:00am-4:00pm (with a lieu day in the week)

You'll play a key role in supporting new business activity, assisting valuers, and ensuring that every potential client and tenant receives a first-class experience from the moment they get in touch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors and inbound enquiries
  • Maintain the professional presentation of the office, including window displays
  • Assist in building strong relationships with landlords through exceptional communication and service
  • Help create accurate floor plans and property measurements
  • Advise potential tenants by matching their requirements with suitable properties
  • Manage and post engaging social media content for the branch
  • Support Valuers with key administrative tasks, such as editing photos, preparing floor plans, and drafting valuation letters
  • Deliver excellent customer service across every interaction
