Sales Negotiator - Join the Market Leader in Cheshunt
I'm currently working with a highly respected, market-leading agency in Cheshunt who are looking for a strong Sales Negotiator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the sales process, enjoys building lasting relationships, and wants to be part of a busy, successful office with a strong local presence.
They're not just hiring a negotiator, they're looking for someone proactive, personable and genuinely passionate about property.
The package:
Basic salary up to £24,000
Car Allowance
Excellent commission structure
OTE £55,000+
5-day week
Mon-Fri 8:45am-6pm
Sat 9:30am-4pm
Closed Sundays
The role will include:
- Speaking with clients face-to-face and over the phone
- Keeping in regular contact with applicants and vendors
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Generating and booking valuations
- Managing day-to-day administration
You'll need to be organised, positive, reliable and a strong team player. Customer service is key — this office prides itself on reputation, referrals, and repeat business.
