Job Title: Estate Agent Negotiator
 
Location: Gravesend
Salary: Basic Salary £18,000 - £25,000 + OTE £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on age and experience)
Commission: £12,000 - £15,000 based on office income

As an Estate Agent Negotiator, your primary responsibility will be to manage and negotiate property sales and lettings, offering professional support to clients and assisting in the smooth running of transactions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to manage property negotiations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on property sales, lettings, and market trends.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient process from property listing through to completion.
  • Work towards personal and team targets to contribute to office revenue.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
  • Maintain and update property databases, ensuring all details are accurate and current.
  • Arrange and attend property viewings, negotiating offers and securing sales.
  • Achieve high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Additional Income Opportunities:
  • Earn extra income from mortgage appointments, solicitor referrals, and property listings and lettings.
  • Staff members currently earning between £3,000 - £10,000 annually from additional opportunities.
Incentive Structure (Not Included in OTE):
  • Mortgage Appointments: £35 Gift Voucher
  • Solicitor Referrals: £50 Gift Voucher
  • Property Referrals (Sales or Lettings): £100
  • Google Reviews: £10 per review
OTE Breakdown:
  • Basic Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Commission: £12,000 - £15,000 based on office performance
  • Additional Earnings: £3,000 - £10,000 annually from supplementary opportunities
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in estate agency or property sales (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, motivated, and driven by achieving targets.
  • Full UK driving license (preferred).
