Mortgage & Protection Adviser – Colchester
Basic Salary - £25,000 (OTE £55,000-£60,000)
 
Are you a Mortgage and Protection Advisor looking for a change? An exciting role has opened for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor looking to take their career to that next level. Our client is looking for an experienced and ambitious Advisor to come on board as they join forces with a market leading, independent estate agent. You will be working with an experienced sales team and will be provided with qualified leads as well as having a multitude of fresh opportunities at your disposal to generate and grow your own business.

 Key responsibilities for this Mortgage and Protection Advisor role

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the estate agency team; providing support and training where required
• Meet with clients to understand their Mortgage and Protection Needs
• Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself
• Provide exceptional client care, always delivering award winning customer service and performance
• Stay up to date with the Mortgage market and trends
• Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintain the highest ethical standards at all times

 Skills and experience for this Mortgage and Protection Advisor role

• You must be CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• 18-months’ experience preferred (12-months minimum) within Mortgage and Protection Advice within the EA Sector
• Good track record of achieving and exceeding cross sales; ensuring clients are adequately protected
• Ability to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Ability to put the customer first at all times
• Full UK licence preferred but not essential

What is on offer?

• Basic Salary of £25,000
• OTE of £55,000- £60,000 in your first year
• 20% Commission on EVERYTHING with the ability to progress up to 25%
• Uncapped Commission Structure
• Lead source from an established market leading Estate Agency
