Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser
 
OTE - £75k+ first year, £100k+ second year
 
Are you an accomplished Mortgage Broker with a keen entrepreneurial mindset? My client is seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join their team on a self-employed basis.
If you want to take your business to the next level, this is the role for you!
 
What is on offer?

• Realistic OTE of £75k+ in your first year, £100k+ in your second year and growing thereafter
• Tiered commission 40% - 70%. Once you hit a level, you earn that rate on all business
• Hybrid working - 4 days in the office and Fridays from home
• Leads provided - on average 10-15 per week
• Post application admin support 
• Commission advance scheme - Up to 6 months to help you hit the ground running

 
Key responsibilities for this Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor role

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or re-mortgage properties
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers, adhering to the excellent customer service expectations.
• Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself
• Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience
• Stay up to date with the Mortgage market and latest trends
• Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards at all times

Skills and experience for this Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor role

• Proven track record of generating high levels of mortgage business; achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are adequately protected
• CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 18 months' experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
• Proficiency in modern technology to enhance client service delivery and satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
