Job description
KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE
- To grow business within the Mid-Market sector (Independent agencies and regional groups)
- Personal responsibility for targeted new customer acquisition
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of their contracts
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline; responsible for monthly performance, annual revenue targets, and other KPIs
- Retain and diversify business relationships within the Mid-Market customer base
- Act as the strategic lead for client relationships
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to win and maintain partnerships
- Understand client businesses and strategic goals to guide proposals and identify upselling opportunities
- Build strong knowledge of the company’s product suite and industry data to engage effectively with customers
- Identify, develop, and close opportunities across the full product offering
- Use a consultative approach to establish long-term, value-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts
- Participate in regular internal meetings to stay aligned with company developments and review performance
- Take ownership of business growth within your defined territory
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reporting to the Mid-Market Sales Manager
- Collaborate with peers in the Mid-Market team and support wider team initiatives
- Attend internal sales training sessions as required
- Internal: Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, Product
- External: Clients, Strategic Partners (e.g. tech vendors and service providers)
- Strong internal networking and cross-functional collaboration required
- Independent or regional estate agencies listing between 50 and 1,000 properties per calendar month
- Support and collaborate with other team members
