The Role
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants
- Delivering accurate property valuations and market advice
- Driving new business generation and increasing market share
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure successful pipeline progression
- Maintaining high standards of customer service throughout
- Previous experience as a Lister, Valuer, or Senior Negotiator ready to step up
- Strong track record of winning instructions
- Confident, professional, and target-driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with a proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission
- Realistic OTE of £55,000 - £65,000+
