Key Responsibilities for the Lettings Valuer role:
 
As a Lettings Valuer based in Leigh-on-Sea, you will play a crucial role in conducting property valuations for a wide range of clients, including homeowners, landlords, and investors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Property Inspections: Conducting thorough inspections of residential properties in Leigh-on-Sea and surrounding areas.
• Valuation Reports: Preparing accurate and detailed valuation reports that comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Client Interactions: Building strong relationships with clients and providing them with expert advice and guidance.
• Market Analysis: Keeping up-to-date with local market trends and conditions to ensure accurate valuations.
• Negotiation: Participating in negotiations with clients and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements for the Lettings Valuer role:

• Qualifications: Ideally a relevant property valuation qualification (e.g., RICS, NAEA, or equivalent).
• Experience: Proven experience in property valuation, preferably in the Leigh-on-Sea or surrounding areas.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of local property market conditions and trends.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using property valuation software and other relevant technology.
