Lettings Valuation Manager
Location: Ash Vale, Hampshire
On Target Earnings (OTE): £40,000 - £50,000
About the Role
We are seeking a driven Lettings Valuation Manager to lead our efforts in winning new instructions and expanding our lettings portfolio. This role is focused on business generation, valuations, and securing new landlord clients. You will be the face of the business for prospective landlords, delivering persuasive valuations and building strong relationships to convert opportunities into instructions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct accurate and persuasive property valuations for potential landlord clients
  • Proactively generate new business through prospecting, networking, and following up on leads
  • Win new instructions by demonstrating market expertise and a consultative approach
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, providing expert advice on maximising returns
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals to convert valuations into instructions
  • Stay up to date with local lettings market trends, competitor activity, and legislation
  • Track and report on conversion rates and business generation activities
  • Collaborate with the lettings and negotiator team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
About You
  • Proven track record of winning instructions in residential letting.
  • Strong valuation, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
  • In-depth knowledge of the local lettings market and legislation
  • ARLA qualification desirable but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence
