We’re working with a leading independent estate and lettings agency in Newton Abbot that’s seeking a confident Lettings Valuations Manager to join their successful and expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a property professional with strong valuation or listing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate and effective rental valuations
• Win new landlord instructions and grow the managed property portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Deliver exceptional service and advice throughout the lettings process
• Work collaboratively with the wider lettings and property management team
• Represent the brand professionally within the local community

About You:

• Proven experience in lettings valuations or listings
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Results-driven with a proactive and positive approach
• Excellent knowledge of the local rental market (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
