Due to continued success, the group is now looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to be based from their head office in Bury St Edmunds, playing a key role in supporting and managing a growing residential lettings portfolio.
 
The Role
 
The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential lettings portfolio, ensuring properties are well maintained, landlords are kept fully informed, and tenants receive a professional and responsive service throughout their tenancy.
 
Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
• Handling tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and compliance matters
• Managing inspections, check-ins, and check-outs
• Ensuring all properties meet current legislative and safety requirements
• Resolving issues efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships

Candidate Profile
 
The successful candidate is likely to have:

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
