The Role:

• Registering new tenants and understanding their property needs
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
• Generating new business opportunities and supporting with property listings
• Ensuring a smooth lettings process from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in residential lettings (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive, target-driven approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
