Lettings Negotiator
Chiswick, W4
£20k Basic - £70k OTE + Car
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Lettings Negotiator wanting fast track progression into management to join a fantastic agency in Chiswick.
This role is ideal for someone with 12 -18 months' estate agency experience who is hungry to succeed, target-driven and looking to build a long-term career in a top-tier lettings environment.
The Role:
You will manage the full lettings process, generate new business, conduct viewings, negotiate deals and deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants.
What We're Looking For:
£70,000 + Package
Company car/car allowance, petrol allowance, company iPhone
Incentives, trips, competitions and excellent training
Clear progression within a successful and growing business
A fantastic opportunity to break into or step up within the Prime London lettings market.
