Lettings Negotiator - Bishopston, Bristol
Basic Salary: £27,000
Realistic OTE: £30,000-£40,000 (Uncapped, Pooled Commission)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-6:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:00am-4:00pm (with a lieu day in the week)

- Uncapped OTE: £30,000 - £40,000 + via pooled commission, sharing in the team's success

- Generate and arrange property viewings, following up to secure successful lets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords, understanding their needs and goals
- Advise and guide prospective tenants, matching their requirements to suitable properties
- Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve positive outcomes for all parties
- Support marketing and canvassing activity to attract new landlords and properties
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the lettings process
- Contribute to the overall success and positive culture of the team
You'll be successful in this role if you are:
- Energetic, confident, and motivated by success
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and building trusted relationships
- A natural team player who also takes initiative and ownership
- Ideally experienced in lettings or estate agency
- Holder of a full UK driving licence and access to your own car
