Lettings Negotiator - Bishopston, Bristol
Basic Salary: £27,000
Realistic OTE: £30,000-£40,000  (Uncapped, Pooled Commission)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-6:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:00am-4:00pm (with a lieu day in the week)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and arrange property viewings, following up to secure successful lets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords, understanding their needs and goals
• Advise and guide prospective tenants, matching their requirements to suitable properties
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve positive outcomes for all parties
• Support marketing and canvassing activity to attract new landlords and properties
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the lettings process
• Contribute to the overall success and positive culture of the team

About You
You'll be successful in this role if you are:

• Energetic, confident, and motivated by success
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and building trusted relationships
• A natural team player who also takes initiative and ownership
• Ideally experienced in lettings or estate agency 
• Holder of a full UK driving licence and access to your own car
