Job Title: Lettings Negotiator - Highly Successful Independent Estate Agency
Location: Southfields, London
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 basic + realistic £45,000 OTE (first year)

We're now seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Southfields office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 9 months to 1 year of lettings or sales experience who's looking to accelerate their career in a high-performance environment.
The Role
As Lettings Negotiator, you'll be at the forefront of our lettings department - generating new business, matching applicants to properties, and ensuring smooth lettings transactions from viewing to move-in. You'll receive full support and training to help you hit your targets and grow your earnings.

Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify new tenants, matching them to suitable properties
- Conduct viewings and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
- Generate new instructions through networking and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
- Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company processes
- 9 months to 1 year of experience in lettings or property sales
- Confident communicator with great customer service skills
- Target-driven and motivated by achieving results
- Energetic, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic salary of £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
- Realistic first-year OTE of £45,000
