About the Role
A multi-award-winning agency is embarking on the next stage of growth and is seeking a driven Lettings Negotiator who will specialise in HMO's—to join a professional, supportive team.
Responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential tenants
• Negotiate lettings agreements and terms
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
• Maintain accurate records of listings and transactions
• Conduct inventories and checkouts for HMO rooms
• Liaise with landlords on HMO maintenance issues
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth, positive experiences
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and legislation

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months' lettings experience (Estate Agency: 2 years preferred)
• Experience with HMO properties highly desirable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Full UK driving licence (required)
• Passion for property and a desire to learn
