About the Role:
 
We are looking for an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a premium, well-established estate agency brand operating across London and Berkshire. This self-employed, hybrid role offers the flexibility to balance home-based work with client-facing appointments while building strong relationships with key introducers.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on mortgage and protection solutions tailored to their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with introducer branches and clients.
• Achieve sales targets including protection uptake, mortgage completions, and referral growth.
• Conduct client meetings both virtually and in person, delivering a professional, trusted advisory service.
• Maintain accurate records, produce timely reports, and ensure full compliance with FCA and company processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and branch networks to maximise opportunities and drive revenue growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in mortgage and protection sales or advisory roles.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and commercially minded.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a self-employed, hybrid environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships.
